JOB DISCRIBTION
• Track the trends in social media, any public sentiment about the brand, product, etc.
• Practice of gathering data from social media websites and analyzing the data using social media analytics tools, and some other webs to help the marketing team decisions.
• Using both social media monitoring and analytics to derive strategic solutions, including researching and evaluating a variety of online social media tools / Platforms.
• Weekly actives reports.
• Follow up cu Identify the best media outlet mix for our campaigns.
• Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans and more.
• Follow up customer performance and search for new customers.
• Focusing up to date with the latest trends in technology and social media
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing and media teams to ensure brand consistency.
