- Partners with the management team in respective regions to understand their strategy; business needs and drives HR interventions to support their needs accordingly.
- Supports the implementation of the HR strategy, key HR projects and process improvements.
- Ensures compliance and consistency with local, regional and global HR policies & procedures.
- Counsels employees on company policy and procedures, visa process, performance management etc.
- Coaches and enables managers to be more effective leaders.
- Rolls out communication and engagement activities to foster better employee engagement.
- Ensures compliance and consistency with local, regional and global HR policies & procedures.
- Handles new hires induction and onboarding, for respective regions, in coordination with talent acquisition.
- Ensures alignment of HR programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in other locations.
- Supports government relations as required.
- Day-to-day ad hoc HR related tasks as required.
