Major Duties / Responsibilities

• Full
  compliance with safety, health, security policy, and RC environmental
  regulation.
• 
  
• Full compliance with the role of timekeeping, attendance and effective use of work
  time. He should come before duty by 10-15 minutes.
• 
  
• Full compliance with his unit operating procedures.
• 
  
• Housekeeping, Plant surveillance and Monitoring, Correcting, Unsafe Conditions &
  reporting it.
• 
  
• Full responsible for the housekeeping and Maintenance activity on his assign unit.
  He must check all ongoing jobs outside in his area as per the safety policies
  and procedures 
• 
  
• Full responsible to manage the field activities at his unit and enforce the others
  to comply with proper PPE.
• 
  
• Takes the samples safely & timely on his assign area.
• 
  
• Should not leave shift without relief to the next shift process operator.
• 
  
• Attends the shift meetings and participate effectively.
• 
  
• He must complete all unit reading sheets, routine checks and activities on time
  then report that to his board operator & his supervisor.
• 
  
• He must take the ownership responsibility of his assigned area. Spends enough time
  at his unit to do area surveillance and reports the abnormality to shift
  supervisor.
• 
  
• Able to develop, implement and takes the effectiveness of the training and development progression program.
• 
  
• Exercises responsibility for safety of plant and personnel on his assign area.  Evaluates safety aspects of work to be
  performed and ensures proper precautions have been taken before issuing work
  permits. 
• 
  
• Ensures plant controls and shutdown systems are operated in a safe manner. 
• 
  
• Review the operation daily logbook and record all major or abnormal operation activity
  during the shift in the daily log book. 
• 
  
• As required, coordinates the field operation activities with Contractors, IVC,
  IGC, IMC, IAC and IDC. After notify the board operator.
• 
  
• Troubleshoots plant operations as required. Includes diagnosing operating problems in
  conjunction with operators, calling for special maintenance or technical
  assistance if required and following through until problems are resolved.
• 
  
• Ensures the daily field routine is done and completed before handing over to the next
  shift Process Operator and all required checklist have been signed. 
• 
  
• Ables to identify, analyze and solve work difficulties assesses and control risks,
  and takes appropriate decisions.
• 
  
• Has responsibility to carry out his duties to the highest quality standards, to
  participate actively in the company’s Quality Program, to be aware of and to
  comply with his department’s Standard Operating Procedure.  Controls SOP revisions, OQAT meetings and
  What If sessions.
• 
  
• He should prepare and do the necessary for maintenance activity.
• 
  
• He must take the instruction from DCS operators, Shift-Supervisor & assigned Leader without delay or arguments.Protect & be responsible to the tools and items assigned to him & in the plant.
• 
  
• Communicate & record what he did at work & report to the DCS Operator &Shift-Supervisor. Clearly and neatly fill in the operator’s logbook.Full compliance with emergency procedure.
• 
  
• Has to be very cooperative with ERT during emergency especially in his area.
•
