• Sales and marketing of the fiberglass related products. Example: Lighting Poles, Counters, Hand Rail, Gratings, Safety Cages, Ladders, Corrugated Sheets, Manhole, Doors, Domes, Sun Shades, Water Tanks, Seats, Kiosks, …etc.
• Work closely with our clients to ensure excellent customer service and assist in basic technical matters.
• Deliver an excellent customer service experience for our clients through regular visits and follow up.
• Responsible for the development of new clients and the growth of existing one the candidate should have a strong technical background.
• Understand the customer’s requirements both technical and commercial.
• Promote the sale of company products and provide sales and technical support.
• Meet sales targets.
• Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry specific solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to customers.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accountable for preparing and submitting the quotations on timely manner.
• Stays up to date and follows up on the collection status.
• Responds to client request and calls in a timely manner.
• Assists the Manager in identifying and tracking operational KPI’s and devising plans and initiatives for operational improvements.
