Leadership
– Align daily with the Head of Strategic
Communications Planning on distribution of
work tasks, meetings, or any other
emergent requests
– Liaise with the different Strategic
Communications department units on
distribution of work tasks and activities
outside the strategy’s scope
▪ Communication Strategy & Plan
Implementation
– Gather inputs from the different Strategic
Communications department units to inform
the CTC communication strategy and plan
– Support the development of the CTC
communication strategy and plan
– Liaise with the Head of Strategic
Communications Planning to ensure the
proper alignment of the communication
strategy and plan with overall CTC strategic
objectives and priorities
▪ Communication Activities
– Develop briefs, timelines guidelines for all
the units’ communication activities
channeled from communication requests
(beyond annual strategy scope)
– Coordinate implementation of the
communication activities, and evaluate
progress against the established plan
▪ Messaging
– Support on the development of strategic
messaging scripts in alignment with the key
messaging priorities and themes set by the Director of Strategic Communications and
Head of Strategic Communications Planning
– Liaise with the Head of Content & Editorial
and oversee the development of the annual
messaging repertoire
▪ Crisis Communications
– Coordinate with Head of Strategic
Communications Planning and the Crisis
Communications Taskforce to ensure
alignment of response efforts
– Coordinate with the different Strategic
Communications department on preparing
and developing effective responses to crisis
situations, in line with the Crisis
Communications Taskforce decisions
– Coordinate cross-department
implementation of crisis communication
taskforce decisions
