• Manage the development and implementation of the training and development framework, processes, programs, material and tools in order to ensure organizational and individual needs are identified and effectively met
• 
  
• Identify, plan and manage the training needs analysis process to ensure the development of annual training plans and budgets for CTC functions based on performance appraisal feedback
• 
  
• Formulate and implement training plans in coordination with function leaders in order to ensure the training activities are aligned with the needs of the functions and provide a value - added to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of CTC
• 
  
• Monitor and assess the quality of the provided training to employees, in order to ensure compliance with training needs and fulfilment of learning, training and development objectives
• 
  
• Follow-up with functions in order to determine if the needs identified are being met by the training provided
• 
  
• Design and manage the development of career development infrastructure for all employees in order to ensure that career paths are established based on future needs and requirements of employees
• 
  
• Monitor the identification of career paths for regular and high potential employees and link those to the development and performance appraisal process in order to ensure employee potential is managed successfully
• 
  
• Oversee the establishment and implementation of a succession plan framework and career paths for CTC’s critical roles, in coordination with the top management, to meet organizational needs
• 
  
• Create a promotion policy in line with the overall succession planning and monitor the development and assessment of successors for critical role in order to ensure organizational continuity
• 
  
• Advise director and managers of the principles and objectives of performance appraisal system and ensure annual performance appraisal process takes place within set deadlines
• 
  
• Capture performance appraisal recommendations, analyze appraisal results and convey reports to concerned managers to assist them in their decision making process related to employee performance
• 
  
• Monitor and review the performance of CTC departments according to set criteria and parameters on a periodic basis and discuss highlights and variances with managers in order to ensure that performance management procedures/ guides are properly implemented
• 
  
• Liaise with third party providers and monitor training developments and new courses in order to meet CTC needs and to enable the incorporation of innovations into the training programs
•
