1. Build relationships with local employers to establish preferred supplier status
2. Build relationships with local SME’s to engender trust and understanding
3. Use established relationships to gather and fill vacancies for employers, and meet individual and team based employment targets
4. Ensure there is a plan for the promotion of our service to employers, and deliver or co-ordinate those services as necessary
5. Provide a high level of customer service at all times to employers
6. Participate as appropriate in employer and industry groups (such as local chambers of commerce) and employer focused events (such as employment fares)
7. Provide a high level of customer service at all times to customers
8. Work directly with customers to help them meet the expectations of employers, and to transition to particular workplaces
9. Work with the Employment Consultant to identify potential candidates for known vacancies
10. Liaise with the customers Employment Consultant to bridge any skills gaps or meet any barriers between potential candidates and known vacancies
11. Achieve individual and team targets to support the business unit delivering to profitable targets and within budget
12. Support employer satisfaction activity
