Duties:
•Solution preparation
•Product demonstrations
•Proof of concept creation
•Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
•Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
•Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
•Creation of marketing material
•Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
•Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
•Provide ongoing support for customers post-implementation.
Special Services & Objectives(To be reviewed every Quarter)
A)New Products and Services
•Be part of the team and consultants that will identify new products and services that are new to the Saudi market and that can give us a competitive edge.
•Work with new product and service partners to develop a go-to-market plan for any new offerings.
•Coordinate with IT Manager to ensure they are ready to support the sales team for any new customers and implementations.
B)Market Research
•Perform market research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
