Marketing and Sales Director of online system
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an individual with a passion of marketing in tourism and travel field. The Marketing Director will develop, execute and manage the launch of online platform for travel and tourism booking services. The marketing director will create 5 years business marketing plan to reach outstanding sales record among other competitive companies in the field.
We are fast paced company and are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our project and be important character in our business success story.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
• Develop and execute (the B2C and B2B systems) marketing plan and calendar of activity and content to support defined business, marketing objectives.
• Review (all using futures in the B2B and B2C systems) content to ensure it meets the clients’ requirements and be up to the level to compete in the market.
• Create monthly dash-board reports on all activity and campaigns, with a view to sharing best practice and continuous learning.
• Build excellent relationships and ways of working within a large cross functional team.
• Proven knowledge of the best contracts with the online services providers (flights, hotels, cars, holidays, etc.)
• Knowledge of online booking systems and ability to analyze the advantage and disadvantage of each system.
• Prepare and manage a 5 years sales and marketing business plan to be one of the top travel and tourism online platforms that customers trust in Middle East.
Qualifications and training required
• Graduates with degrees in business studies, marketing, management, and Post Graduate in Strategic Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience of marketing in tourism and travel field.
• Analytically minded with the ability to navigate through data and analytics with ease, guiding us to new opportunities.
• Experience managing agencies – creative, digital and web designers and developers.
• Candidate with 3 years working experience in Saudi Arabia is plus.
• A proven track record of implementing successful marketing programs, and using data analytics to plan, improve, deliver and measure marketing performance and KPIs.
