A Multinational Consumer/FMCG Corporation with a large local manufacturing presence is looking for a Saudi Legal Manager to head up the Legal function in the country
Client Details
A household brand with a large presence in the region as well as globally - this consumer business has the largest market share in KSA than any other country in the Middle East.
Description
This is a strategic role in a complex and fast evolving legal and regulatory environment where sound judgement and leadership is required
Assist and advise senior management on strategic projects
Handle day-to-day operational management of the legal function, contract management, external counsel management, intellectual property and patents
Lead, or instruct and direct outside counsel with management of litigation matters
Ensure compliance with corporate secretariat matters
Assist HR in ensuring compliance with Labour law requirements
Profile
Candidates who apply must meet all of the following criteria
- Saudi Nationality with practising license
- Fully bilingual Arabic/English
- 5-10 years experience in in-house legal department of multinational company or international law firm (with local partnership)
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment/industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, cosmetics, oil & gas etc.
