• Responsible for proper Underwriting / operations controls are in Place for meeting growth objective in production and profitability
• Manage the individual UND cases and replacing the individual UND manager in his absence.
• Underwrite risks that fall within own authority, and prepare preliminary assessment of cases that fall above own authority and refer them to higher authorities (group and individual cases).
• Guarantee that all internal/external audit controls and recommendations are in place to achieve best audit rating
• Provide effective supervision and management to all Group operations staff to meet objective in growth and staff development
• Liaise effectively with other departments and with Group sales staff to ensure team approach of Group Operations, and achievement of whole operation's objectives
• Provide high quality of financial accuracy/improve turn around time in financial Reporting
• Monitoring Billing Issuance process and day to day transactions
• Reviewing and confirming refunds for profit sharing cases
• Reinsurance reporting calculation and communications
• EFSA reporting and technical notes
• Policies & endorsements issuance
• Checking and issuance of the commission statements and vouchers and submission of the same to accounts
• Contracts / Renewals assessments
