On behalf of a well-established diversified Saudi Group of companies spanning over 60 years we are seeking a Business Developer / Facilities Management Coordinator for their Real Estate division with 1 to 2 years’ experience.
Based in their Riyadh office you will be responsible for the bringing new business to organisation and managing the existing business.
• Managing the current project and team with full support for all related issues etc.
• Coordinating with other department to run project smoothly and manage all team working on Maintenance projects.
• Identifying new sales leads
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Working with team for Maintenance services for Building
• Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
• Responsible for bringing new project to the company and manage the running project
