Operational/Professional/Business
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy for achieving the sales targets and to make
further effort in order to maximize the project sales.
· Search new tenders for different types of project including application of paints
and coordinate with Supervisor Project for submission of tender.
· Meet and communication with different contractors and client to provide information
about NP product and services with the intension to getting contract.
· Coordinate with marketing department for the newly designed marketing products,
promotions and gifts and distribute such items to valuable clients.
· Keep up to date all existing and new customer for new products and services and
provide them with catalogues and CDs.
· Responsible for liaison with Marketing Department to convey and share accurate reports
for maintaining customer relationship.
· Coordinate with Accounts department for the collection of project bills and follow up
with the client for recovery of such bills in professional manner.
· Prepare daily visit plan and submit to Supervisor.
· Maintain log for the visited clients, discussion and follow up such clients.
· Report to Supervisor on sales and provide feedback about the marketing of new or established products.
· Perform other duties/project as assigned by
Supervisor.
Leadership
· Provide experience by demonstrating maturity, flexibility and capability of swift
adjustment to market dynamics/priorities/particulars.
· Implement line of sight initiatives to build a high performing team
Management
· Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and
demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
· Manage specific projects as determined in the annual plan as well as participating
in functional and cross functional initiatives.
· Manage market research and competitor and
customer analysis in coordination with marketing department.
· Participating in Exhibitions and Events, Stands and meeting rooms, in full schedule.
Relationship
· Ensure long term customer retention and
future sales opportunities by cultivating and maintain good relationships
with the customer
· Build and maintain relationship with current and prospection clients/contractors in the market
segment to generate new business for the National Paints products.
Innovation
· Review and benchmark the internal and external environment in order to improve the
Sales policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
- Research of sources for developing prospective contractor/client and for information to
determine their potential.
