• The social media supervisor is the responsible person to run all the activities at social media from posting, scheduling, response management and advertising, the main role is to ensure the alignment between all the accounts as well as an alignment with overall marketing strategy. And effectively use social media as a customer service hub.

• To be an advocate of the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate on the above mentioned pages on a timely manner and as per set KPIs.
• 
  
• Building a Social Media audience and increasing the number of fans and followers.
• 
  
• Monitoring trends in social media tools and applications and encouraging adoption of them.
• 
  
• Updating Social Media platforms regularly and reflect themes to follow campaigns.
• 
  
• Monitoring Social Media Channels for any critical issues that need management intervention and immediate actions.
• 
  
• Effectively use social media accounts for customer service and maintain a close coordination with other departments in order to resolve any immediate complaint on Social Media
• 
  
• Using Social Network Analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of different channels
• 
  
• Being creative in introducing new approaches while using social media
• 
  
• Develop performance KPI and SLA for all units, and aggressivelly maintain.
