Overview:
Huxley is currently working with a well renowned Government Agency that is on the lookout for an OD Manager. If you have experience within Organizational design/development, this could be perfect for you.
Title: OD Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities: Managing organization development functions which includes developing and maintaining the organizational structuring, developing reward systems, and other initiatives including the design of performance management, career path planning, succession planning..etc and leading internal development projects and initiatives. Ensuring and utilization and retention of human capital.
Support the development of the HR strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
Designing and maintaining proper organizational development systems such as organizational structuring/ restructuring, authorities and responsibilities, job descriptions, and reward management.
Participating in updating company's salary scale and motivation system to keep up with requirements and latest development in human resources managements
Experience:
Bachelor Degree in business administration or Human Resources Management, MBA is a plus.
Previous experience with HR and Management consulting firms or as OD Manager is required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in related field.
Professional knowledge in organizational structuring and restructuring.
Professional knowledge in job analysis, compensation and benefits, incentive plans, performance management and other HR related systems.
Excellent command in English.
