Overview:
Huxley is currently working with a well renowned Government Agency that is on the lookout for a Learning and Development Manager. If you have experience within Learning and development, this could be perfect for you.
Title: Learning and Development Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and implementing training strategies, plans, processes and staff development programs
Participate in screening, testing, counseling and recommending employees for participation in internal or external educational and training programs.
Selecting appropriate instructional procedures and L&D delivery methods such as individual training, group sessions, coaching, mentoring, leadership development, simulation exercises, or e-learning solutions.
Manage the implementation of performance management system to reflect rewards based on excellence and merit
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of related experience, 3 of which in managerial position.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
Advanced Training courses in human resources management and performance management
Other required competencies including: Analytical Ability, Communication Skills, Concern for Order and Quality, Critical Thinking and Decision Making Skills
Excellent command in English language is a must
