قيادة الإدارة المالية والأقسام التابعة لها
· مراجعة واعتماد المراكز المالية الدورية والميزانية العمومية والحسابات الختامية للشركة طبقاً للأصول والقواعد المحاسبية الدوليه.
· توفير التدفقات المالية للشركة اللازمة لإقامة المشاريع وصرف رواتب الموظفين وتسديد الذمم عن الشركة.
Leadership of financial management and its affiliated departments
· Reviewing and approving the periodic financial centers, the balance sheet and the final accounts of the Company in accordance with the International Accounting Standards and Regulations.
• Provide the company's financial flows necessary for the establishment of projects and the disbursement of salaries of employees and the payment of receivables from the company.
· Risk management related to the company's operations.
· Manage the assets of the company in an optimal manner.
· Submit periodic reports to senior management on the company's financial position and submit proposals.
· Preparing the annual estimated budget of the company.
• Develop a policy and procedures manual for all sections listed below and ensure that they are implemented.
Planning and budgeting processes for the unit.
· Planning, monitoring and directing all operations in financial management.
· Financial control of cash flows required for projects.
• Oversee the performance of accountants in the company and ensure compliance with accepted accounting standards
· Supervision of bank statements and all bank matters and issuance of checks.
· Issuing checks and approving payments to suppliers and their timing.
· Approving the payment of salaries and advances and signing the payroll.
· Approval of the payment of bonuses, rewards, leave, compensation and incentives.
· Approving the budgets of each of the company's departments.
· Control of Accounts Receivable Accounts.
· Securing funds for new projects and expansions required by projects.
· Securing funds to pay employees salaries at the end of each month.
· Monitoring the reports of the cost controller.
· Review and approve financial transactions before disbursement
Follow up cost calculations
· إدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بعمليات الشركة.
· إدارة أصول الشركة بالشكل الأمثل.
· رفع تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن المركز المالي للشركة وتقديم المقترحات.
· إعداد الموازنة التقديرية السنوية للشركة.
· وضع دليل سياسات وإجراءات لجميع الأقسام المندرجة أسفل الوحدةوالتأكد من تطبيقها.
عمليات التخطيط وإعداد الموازنة التقديرية للوحدة.
· تخطيط ومتابعة وتوجيه جميع العمليات بالإدارة المالية.
· الرقابة المالية على التدفقات النقدية اللازمة للمشاريع.
· الرقابة على أداء المحاسبين في الشركة والتأكد من الإلتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية المتعارف عليها
· الرقابة على الكشوفات البنكية وكافة الأمور البنكية وإصدار الشيكات.
· إصدار الشيكات وإقرار الدفعات للموردين وتوقيتها.
· إقرار صرف الرواتب والسلف والتوقيع على كشف الرواتب.
· إقرار صرف العلاوات والمكافئات والإجازات والتعويضات والحوافز.
· إقرار الموازنات الخاصة بكل إدارة من إدارات الشركة.
· الرقابة على حسابات الذمم المدينة.
· تأمين الأموال اللازمة للمشاريع الجديدة والتوسعات التي تتطلبها المشاريع.
· تأمين الأموال اللازمة لدفع رواتب الموظفين في نهاية كل شهر.
· متابعة تقارير مراقب التكاليف.
· مراجعة المعاملات المالية واعتمادها قبل الصرف
