To provide excellent customer service by providing on-time delivery and timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain Monthly / Annually Documents Controlling Hard Copies Filling & Archiving System – Sub List will be prepared for detailed work flow
• Maintain Daily Soft Copies distributions , PDF’s attachments to ERP systems & Share drives organization – Sub List will be prepared for detailed work flow
• Handle Petty Cash disbursement, replenishment’s, Reconciliations.
• Initiation point for Main Office supplies purchases , stationary , pantry …etc
• Draft All Related assigned official Correspondences to Third Parties ( Clients, Local authorities , Banks , Suppliers ……etc)
• distribute , track all inter Commercial – Finance documentation up to reporting level daily , weekly , monthly & annual reports.
• Daily , Weekly , Monthly reporting for administrative tasks ,Tracking sheets , HR specific tasks , Document controlling reports , Local Vendor Invoices……etc
• Keep track and assist in renewal of corporate licenses, commercial registers and other corporate related documents, liaising with the external legal firm and government entities as necessary
• Assist with tax inspections, internal and external audits.
• Handling all purchase and Continuous Improvement program requirement
• Preparation of quotations including coding, pricing and delivery.
• Communicating with other JC entities and Sales team.
• Working closely with service providers such as freight forwarders and courier.
• Support the external team with specific customer account information,
• Networking and communication with customers, agents, and other JC operations.
• Use of SAP, C4C business system and its relevant modules.
• Work with other departments to expedite the service to customers
