• To prepare the Strategic Business Development Plan with specific business targets for
construction projects and prepare the annual Work Plan.
• To survey the market for identifying and analyzing construction projects needs of clients and
maximizing the opportunities of getting projects especially health care and educational.
• To forecast long and short range market potential for Management’s analysis.
• To develop and implement strategies for achieving the business targets in terms of getting
construction projects as per Business Development Plan.
• To develop and strengthen coordination and liaison with potential clients in the market and
attracting for construction projects.
• To maintain long terms relations with clients even after getting the projects to ensure sustainable relations and customer satisfaction.
• To develop the corporate brand strategy and prepare marketing broachers and relevant material integral for company’s marketing.
• To develop and maintain media relations and advertising and disseminating the company’s image in the market.
• To work on identifying the Joint Venture opportunities and submit the feasibility and plans for the management.
• To identify and training needs of relevant departments and impart training for their capacity
building.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
