On behalf of a leading organisation we are seeking a Project Manager ( Events).
Based in their Riyadh head office and reporting to the MARCOM Director. You will lead and execute events, leading teams from the initial conception of local and global event to successful completion.
• Excellent event-planning skills along with the ability to define project milestones and deadlines and coordinate both teams and external contractors / suppliers to ensure successful events.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Balance creativity with logistics, financial planning, and vendor management duties.
• Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
• Delivering events on time and within budget.
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
• Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
• Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
• Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events
• Responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
