Responsible to conduct audit assignments as per approved audit plan.
To conduct audit of various departments and branches of the company, including visits to
branches
To perform detailed evaluation & testing of internal controls.
Prepare audit programs and testing procedures to ensure appropriateness for the areas in scope;
fieldwork is within scope constraints and deadlines; identified risks are addressed and adequately
provided for.
To review the extent to which the company's assets and interests are properly accounted for and
safeguarded from potential losses of all kinds.
To review the current systems to ensure compliance with established policies, plans & procedures
and reporting cases of violation of company’s policies and procedures, transgression of
administrative and financial powers or failure to report budget overruns.
To review and appraisal of the soundness, adequacy and effective application of accounting and
financial controls.
Any other special audit/assignment given by the Internal Audit Manager
Clearly and concisely documents audit test procedures, results and findings by updating the
auditing database in a timely manner, maintaining accurate record of the audit work performed,
audit findings and observations, management responses, response due dates and the status of
management’s corrective action.
Develops on-going positive relationships with departments and Company management and audit
team members.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
