Gastronomica is passionate about great eating and great dining experiences, and so we are looking for a passionate HR Manager to join our team based in Riyadh. Our successful original dining concepts include, Slider Station, Cocoa Room, Open Flame Kitchen, Roadside Diner, BRW and Burger Boutique are all created in house from the ground up. Our mission is to build our brand name by carving out a niche which focuses on high-quality products that are based on a Unique Total Dining Experience principles.
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing all key Human Resourcing and Administration functiions. You will also take the lead in its day to day operations to efficiently and effectively support the organizations core business processes.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- To participate in the development of the company’s strategic and tactical plans and programs that impact its employees.
- To develop and manage the manpower plans & budgets in line with the organizational priorities and business plans; to monitor and review performance indicators and accordingly recommend modifications to manpower plans.
- To spearhead the development and implementation of policies and programs pertaining to Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management and Training & Development.
- To administer employee classification programs, including Job grading and Job evaluation programs, in line with market and industry trends.
- To develop a progressive compensation and benefits program to provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance.
- To assess and manage organization development interventions, ensuring continued efficiency and effectiveness, including implementation of plans to direct and implement change.
- To serve as the custodian of the organization’s culture and value systems and its translation across the organization.
- To resolve employee relations and staffing issues by refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.
- To develop and direct the implementation of Administration policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines.
- To oversee day to day related office administration including vendor management, bill settlements, and implementation of service contracts.
- To oversee facility maintenance, and manage support services like Housekeeping staff, Security staff; to oversee the management of Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- To plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of staff related to employment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
- To perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective management of the company.
- Accomplishment of agreed targets within the overall workforce plans and budgets.
- Effective deployment & administration of Human Resources and Administration Systems, Programs, Policies and Procedures.
- Timely resolution of Human Resources and Administration issues.
- Effectiveness of Organization development interventions and alignment to organization’s strategic objectives.
