1. Key Responsibilities
Operations:
Implementation of POR directives (Premises Output Requirements) as well the understanding and interpret the quantitative KPIs as set by the client and the steering committee.
In conjunction with the Finance Department, To provide accurate operational budgets and resume full responsibility for actual performance against budget.
Support and promote the company’s vision and values and making this transparent throughout the onsite staff.
Deliver all engineering FM services, creating a highly specialized and effective working environment.
To exercise financial and commercial controls within agreed budgets to maximize profitability and identify ongoing cost savings.
Business Development:
To lead a team of Facilities Managers and Subject Manager Experts to support the enhancement of the Division’s service offering.
To lead a team to identify effective, efficient and repeatable business strategies and solutions, through proactive collaboration with Head of Business Units and other divisions.
To lead a team that will act as a bridge between the front-end BD team and the Bidding engine, in order to:
- Identify gaps within ISG current solution development process and target key areas for improvement;
- Identify best practice solutions and innovations from across ISG’s competitors.
- Ensure BD team engage with clients pre-RfP release to help shape the RfP in ISG’s favor and to promote ISG’s capabilities;
- Collate, store and update ISG solution processes, collateral and tools to support the solution development of the bid teams.
To lead the development and implement of solution design tools to enhance the Division’s offering to the market and the conversion of opportunities.
Market Insights and Intelligence
To support the Growth Support function on the establishment and management of a Divisional Market Insights Hub, a research platform to support BD initiatives, business growth, potential development of new offerings.
To lead a team to carry out meaningful research and to develop insightful reports into markets, different sectors, competitors, with the view to support pipeline development.
To lead a team to implement (client feedback program). The team will liaise with account leads and external clients, source interviewers, run meaningful reports that can be utilized as part of service improvement initiatives, and fed into the solution development initiative.
