1. Develop and execute sales target and collection target monthly for the sales team based on the branch monthly sales target in order to deliver the required funds.
2. Manage all administrations and sales duties for Khamis Mishit, Jazan and Najran Branches.
3. Implement company’s policies and procedures of sales and distribution plan for the branch’s geographical region in order to achieve regional business goals.
4. Promote and increase the sales volume and control returns in order to achieve regional business goals.
5. Insure the collection targets and sales targets are met as planned in order to deliver the required funds.
6. Review the plans monthly in order to ensure it is relevance to any changes in the business.
7. Evaluate the performance of branches staff and managing their affairs and follow up the implementation of training programs and motivate them to ensure ease communication between branch staff and head office, as well as between them and the market.
8. Supply Regional or Area sales manager with sales data and the status of market and salesmen to ensure proper of work.
9. Adopt sales statements before the deposit of daily revenue to the treasury.
10. Follow-up the maintenance of cars, refrigerators and electricity.
11. Follow-up hygiene and safety of the branches and the warehouse and maintain the decent appearance of all facilities of the branch including transports.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
