Position Overview: The Beneficiary A&IK Manager is accountable for game changing strategic direction to company Agency and all products leadership, Brand, Customer Journey, Product Development Department, New Products Development, Products franchise operations (products owners), Public Affairs and Communication, Affordability/subsidy support calculator and Real-estate Development Fund REDF teams in the area of Consumer Beneficiary Brand Planning and Insights. Acts as the voice of the Beneficiary and is responsible for synthesizing consumer beneficiary insights to drive product innovation and business strategy, tactics and plans for company brand and ...multi-products for county, regional and city initiatives. Responsible for leading primary and syndicated research, best practice sharing & translating insights into critical business strategies for the country and company brand and products and acting as the liaison with, Product Planning and Marketing, New Product Development (NBD) departments, REDF as well as product owners.
• Discover and communicate game-changing and actionable insights, in particular sources of growth, to the Product Planning and Marketing /New Product Development/REDF/Product owners / Senior Brand Managers and Marketing Managers as the bases for strategy development and planning of the country/region/brands and products in charge.
• Partner with brands and product owners managers to integrate consumer/ Beneficiary and commercial insights to grow product offtake/brands in charge
• Act as an ambassador of the Consumer / Beneficiary Insights centralized function in the . ...Act as.... representative for Sakani and K&I community.
• Lead Brand Planning and country support ensure consumer represented in key business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product Planning and Marketing Manager to measure initiatives and activities performance and evaluate product/brand Initiative Master Plan (IMP) initiatives against clear KBIs in order to drive continuous improvement on return on investment and deep levels of consumer and shopper
