Job Objective

Accounts and financial reporting manager is responsible for managing all activities regarding accounts and financial transactions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Participate in developing the department's action plan.
• 
  
• Preparing the annual budgeting of the accounts and financial operations department.
• 
  
• Leading, directing and supervising team works and subordinates.
• 
  
• Providing guidance to direct subordinates in related financial matters and processing through the ERP.
• 
  
• Prepare and review audit budgeting regarding registration of all accounting activities in accordance with the accounting principles standards.
• 
  
• Managing the accounts activities (general ledger, accounts payable, payments, receivables, collection and transactions, projects, materials and purchases) and maintaining the completion of accounting records.
• 
  
• Prepare periodic reports regarding the financial situation and results of operations to the direct manager.
• 
  
• Prepare and supervise the end-of-year closure process and prepare the financial statements.
• 
  
• Coordinating and following up with internal audit committee and external auditors.
• 
  
• Develop and follow-up the accounts manual.
• 
  
• Evaluate and review the financial performance.
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports that illustrates the SWOT analysis in all financial aspects.
• 
  
• Participate in the recruitment process in terms of conducting interviews with HR department.
• 
  
• Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures.
• 
  
• Work in hand with all team workers "Accountants" in order to transfer knowledge and train them.
•
