Job Summary

Our Company core business is Ready-mix and concrete and currently seeking a qualified Production Manager to join our growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ready mix plant sites, including safety, environment, operations, maintenance, inventory management, performance, quality, financial performance, employee relations and customer relations. Effectively utilizes KPIs, operational reports to track performance, establish effective action plans and continuously improve the operations.

 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee the day to day operation of the ready mixed concrete plants and their respective staff.
• 
  
• Supervise the arrangement of the delivery of ready mixed concrete to the sites.
• 
  
• Ensuring the operating efficiency of plants, equipments, pumps and trucks.
• 
  
• Maintain company's property clean and maintain work area.
• 
  
• Manage, supervise preventative and unscheduled maintenance, ensure regular preventative maintenance is carried out.
• 
  
• Ensure operational sites run safely and efficient traffic flow.
• 
  
• Managing costs in line with allocated budget.
• 
  
• Control and minimize plant costs while providing a consistent quality product.
• 
  
• Monitor inventory levels of all mix materials to ensure no shortage during production demand.
• 
  
• Lead personnel at plant and work with dispatch to schedule drivers.
• 
  
• Train and develop employees to maximize department efficiency and employee development.
• 
  
• Develop communication channels to promote the flow of information between production, logistics and sales department.
• 
  
• Responsible to deliver the right quality and quantity to customer on time.
• 
  
• Manage, Coordinate with quality/lab team to maintain the best quality in term of design and client requirement specifications.
•
