We are seeking a professional, solid, and mature candidate for the position of Marketing Manager in KSA/ based in Dammam.
The candidate will head the marketing function and act instrumentally in crafting, implementing, and monitoring its marketing strategy while keeping in-line with the established company objectives and vision.
Moreover, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the website development and E-commerce side of the business. The candidate will manage and attend trade events and educative seminars.
The position reports to the Chief Operations Officer.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Being fully conversant with the company’s mission, vision, and culture in order to fully contribute to establishing both short and long term objectives accordingly.
• Acquire detailed knowledge regarding the Saudi consumer market in specific.
• Coordinate the use of applicable scientific methodology in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market intelligence, financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
• Craft, recommend, and execute, following approval, an overall marketing strategy congruent with company culture, establishing objectives, and market impeding factors.
• Recommend and implement strategy adjustments to meet changes in market and competitive conditions.
• Develop a yearly marketing plan in-line with its established timing to be presented to concerned parties for approval. The plan shall incorporate a comprehensive marketing program, its resource requirements, expected results, success indicators, and required budget.
• Handle the development of the website and the E-commerce side of the business.
• Identify new business opportunities within the company’s existing market segments and newly developed segments as well as coordinate with the sales management for the maximum exploitation of such opportunities.
• Ensure that all promotional activities are in-line with the Saudi laws and regulations within the established marketing approach approved at the corporate level of the organization.
• Coordinate with the various departments within the company by providing each appropriate data obtained from the market concerning its related activities in order to meet market preferences, consumer demands, and competitive challenges.
• Review, catalog, and classify all available promotion media in Saudi Arabia and center regions in order to best recommend the most appropriate medium or combination of media for efficiently advertising and promoting the company’s product lines.
• Keep track of all trade fairs and similar events within the region and internationally that are important for the promotion and continuous improvement of the company’s product and image.
• Work on the development and improvement of customer loyalty programs by continuously monitoring and interpreting market signals and indicators through sales outlets and the company’s sales force.
• Coordinate the activities of the Customer Services Department by providing guidance and advice in the response to customer complaints and recommendations provided through the sales outlets, direct contacts, and the sales force.
• Prepare and timely submit required scheduled, ad hoc, and eventual exemption reports that might be requested by the CEO\COO in relations to marketing activities and event.
