- Receipt of Cash/cheque receipt with reference to customer.
- Depositing the cash or cheque into the bank by signing the payment voucher in the case of depositing the cash.
- Withdrawal of cash from bank for petty cash fund and getting cash receipt for the deposit for petty cash fund.
- Maintaining manual petty cash and main cash book for the receipts and payments and to be verified physical cash balance with the ledger in coordination with the general and bank accountant.
- To check all the cash vouchers, there is recipient / payee’s signature and in the case of Bank payments, proper acknowledgement from the payees is available.
- Follow up with Bank for:
- Bank Statement every week and at the month beginning for the previous month.
- Taking and bringing the important documents to and from the bank.
- Liaison work with bank for deposit/ withdrawal from the bank.
- Keeping the original bank guarantee and important documents in the safe and keeping record for the receipt and issues.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
