1. VAT:
a. Coordination with respective VAT teams in each function to receive the required information, compile and analyze the data
b. Work with respective VAT teams in each function and IT teams to correct the discrepancies found in the data
c. Compile, prepare and submit monthly VAT return within deadlin
. Prepare monthly dashboard and circulate to the agreed distributors list
2. Withholding Tax:
a. Coordination with respective finance teams in each functions to receive the required information, compile and analyze the data
b. Compile, prepare and submit monthly withholding tax return within deadline
3. Zakat:
a. Coordination with respective finance teams in each functions to receive the required information, compile and analyze the data
b. Work with respective finance teams in each function to correct the discrepancies found in the data
c. Compile, prepare and submit annual zakat return within deadline
4. Contract information:
a. Regularly report/update the contract information for all new and renewed contracts having expected annual values of purchase or sale of goods/services of SR 100,000 or more
5. Respond on GAZT inquires and lead VAT/zakat/tax audits:
a. Communicate internally all tax inquires or other information received from GAZT
b. Compile and submit the requested data/information within deadline
6. Other matters:
a. Ensure data is maintained in Arabic format
b. Arrange with treasury for necessary funds in Sadad account to settle the VAT/Zakat/Tax liabilities within deadline
