• Participating in the development of strategies and objectives of the division.
• Developing and managing the execution of short term plans for implementing the approved objectives.
• Flourishing suggestions and recommendations that would enable a more effective and efficient work flow.
• Monitoring the work flow within the department and ensuring that all preventive and corrective actions are being made promptly.
• Participating in developing the division’s budgets and managing the activities within towards achieving the set budget.
• General supervision of the tasks and activities that are exercised by the sales and marketing functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in terms of alignment with the strategic plans for the business unit and general policies and guidelines.
• Settling & achieving (with the different business units’ managers) the quantitative and qualitative company objectives within rationalized operational expenses to maximize the profitability.
• Reviewing reports & financial data to determine the level of achievement & guide the performance to ensure the achievement of the desired progress.
• Supervising and guiding the preparation of the annual sales and marketing budget that will help to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
• Collaborating with Suppliers in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the unit. In parallel with company objectives
• Determining & reviewing sales forecast for all products by customer/ category / SKU / territory / etc… to determine the target, control supplier orders and our stocks through the market information
• Monitoring the implementation of the annual sales and marketing plans to make sure to take all the necessary measures to achieve the desired growth of sales, and direct corrective actions to overcome obstacles.
• Planning and directing all activities and policies and procedures in relation to sales operations so as to ensure the achievement of relevant targets, in terms of sales teams follow-up and the collection process efficiency.
• Establishing relationships with customers to meet requirements & enhance sales, and to maintaining relationships with existing customers and attracting new customers.
• Directing the analysis on competitors and shed light on the advantages and disadvantages of the company and competitors through a comparative analysis and direct sales team, according to the results.
• Identifying potential customers who match the company’s strategies & developing relationships with clients aiming at boosting revenue & profitability.
• Analyzing of sales reports to determine future economic trends and prospects in company's sales.
• Guiding the preparation of sales and marketing plans in coordination with the General Manager through the provision of inputs and information relating to sales expectations and customer behavior patterns that will help to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
• Directing sales activities and provide support to the sales team and oversee the closing of deals, and to handling key customers and major deals.
