• Work on the development of quarterly orders plans by analyzing current sales and expected sales in order to meet the demands of customers of all high quality and on time, and secure and maintain inventory level during the agreed coverage period with customers.
• Coordinate with business manager to confirm orders and required quantities required to be produced
• Studying the orders of customers in order to determine the possibility of acceptance and contact with customers to confirm their orders in case of approval.
• Decide the (Free additional quantities) and free samples as per the agreement concluded with the customer and according to instructions issued by the business manager and the Finance Department.
• Determination of Forecast Accuracy by comparing Demand Forecast with confirmed orders within the specified time period
• Coordinate with all related departments in the company to ensure that specialized requirements such as packaging materials can be provided according to the technical possibilities & ensure that the goods can be delivered according to the proposed time
• Control the stock of products, and monitoring the level of inventory in terms of expired products and slow moving items in warehouses and discuss it with relevant departments in order to calculate the values and supply quantities (Provision Quantity) Or take appropriate measures to dispose of and sell the goods in those stores (Stock Liquidation).
• Receive customer complaints, follow up with concerned departments to solve them and notify customers and of possible solutions
• Compare between actual sales and forecast sales to ensure forecasting accuracy
• Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department
