1. Supervise modern trade sales rep. to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to our clients in a timely manner.
2. Plan, organize, direct and control modern trade sales staff to meet sales, and collection objectives.
3. Build positive relationship with our modern trade clients to increase distribution points, execute market- wide and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and problem resolution.
4. Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all modern trade areas, as appropriate, and that pricing strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets .
5. Fill in for route modern trade sales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service to Halwani’s modern trade clients.
6. Maintain inventory control to make sure that all available products are displayed correctly.
7. Involve in customer follow up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
8. Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in his area.
9. Conduct sales meetings, prepare sales reports on regular basis to keep his sales force updated and encourage them for greater achievements.
10. Demonstrate required behaviors and attitude in selling process whenever is needed to achieve sales targets, and increase the proficiency level of his staff.
11. Any Assigned duties and responsibilities related to his job.
12. Effectively manage and execute the promotional plan with trade.
