1. Work observing OHS rules adopted by the Company in accordance with all country legislation, company policies, Standard Operating Procedures, safety warnings, memoranda, circulars, etc.
2. Providing all necessary controls in the work area and taking measures for OHS.
3. Use personal protective equipment.
4. Controlling the correct use of personal protective equipment provided for the staff.
5. Providing basic training for personnel.
6. Inspecting the work areas of the personnel to protect their health and safety.
7. Determining the impact of any incident that may occurs during work on employees and the environment.
8. Informing the staff of any risks or events related to safety and the environment.
9. To transmit the report to Senior Mine Geologist that includes all geological operations, condition and failure of drilling equipment, total drilling length occupational accident/incidents/events and all necessary information.
10. To use the equipment supplied by the company in accordance with the company rules.
11. Maintain all geological works in underground mining instructions of Mine Technical Office and standard procedure prepared by OHS unit. Sharing mistakes, deficiencies and suggestions.
12. Conducting of staff's administrative affairs.
13. To work in accordance with shift hours determined by the staff.
14. To check that the staff is working according to shift hours.
15. To fulfill all duties of director.
16. Interpretation and analysis of geological and geophysical data.
17. Create and improve of the procedures of mine geology works and train to staff.
18. Giving all staff regularly provide training on mine geology works.
19. Prepare and control of grade control system works.
20. Prepare and control of underground drilling works.
21. Prepare and control of underground, stockpile and office works.
22. Collecting, recording and shipping of underground production sample.
23. Prepare and control of production and underground drilling reports.
