1. Reading and understanding HSE and environment politics of the company and ensure all works done according to these rules. Ensuring all necessary controls done in working areas and taking precautions for HSE.
2. Using given personal protective equipment properly and completely.
3. To attend all of the HSE meetings and toolboxes.
4. To complete basic field training.
5. To know general procedures of plant.
6. To protect the occupational health and security of other colleagues in the work area.
7. To report any oil/chemical incident while working that impacts environment. To report any risk/incident related to safety and environment.
8. To use equipment and materials that he uses in accordance with his training.
9. To make daily checks of the equipment.
10. To not use machines that is defective and lack of performance also creates danger for occupational health and safety.
11. To report any breakdown to his supervisor and not use that equipment.
12. To check and report any sort of corrosion, malfunction or deficiency of equipment.
13. To be sure that each auxiliary equipment work properly.
14. To keep all hand tools in closed cabinets and placing them back into the cabinets after using them.
15. To adjust the density and the level of the repulping tanks 1 and 2.
16. To adjust the level and concentrate of leach tanks 1-5.
17. To prepare the NaCN solution at preparation room with the consent of the shift supervisor and by using PPE.
18. To adjust the concentration of chemicals (NaCN, lime) given into leach and repulping tanks.
19. To control and arrange the level of leach discharge tank.
20. To start or stop the leach tank pumps, cleaning and housekeeping of leaching tanks.
21. Reporting materials he used.
22. Reporting missing parts for work to supervisor in time.
23. To provide necessary materials for the received work before start working. To not use unnecessary material.
24. To not leave equipment operating state.
25. To notify unused materials to supervisor at the end of the work and leave these to dedicated areas for materials.
26. Reporting used materials precisely.
27. To use the spare units of any material from time to time to keep it in working condition.
28. To open the discharge valves of any pipeline entering into any equipment if there is a possibility of blockage at the line.
