Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the Contracts Administrator’s job is to execute contractual tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Principal Accountabilities
Assists the Senior Contracts administrator in preparing contracts status reports
Assists in the preparation of the contractual part of the claim report
Reviews the contractual correspondences with subcontractors / suppliers
Prepares contractual letters to insurers, land owners, and banks where required
Overviews the subcontractors / suppliers' performance as compared to contract requirements
Follows up on applications for payment
Logs claims, invoices, payments in the system
Obtain subcontract signature on payment certificate
Verifies the subcontracts final invoice
Identifies any deductions in the subcontractor final invoice
Coordinates with subcontractor to amend invoices
Ensures all in the checklist for subcontractors final payment have been fulfilled
Ensures that all variation requests are entered and updated in the Subcontractor VO log
Provides support for the professional development of direct reports
Communications and Working Relationships
Reports to and supports the Senior Contracts Administrator with all contractual matters
Coordinates with Operations in all Contracts matters
