I- Timeline and resource optimization and scenario planning which is used for goal setting.
2- Recognizes trends and raises issues and/or potential changes that may impact the project as part of risk management of the project.
3- Interfaces with functional planners to manage resourcing and detailed functional planning to ensure agreed resources are applied according to plan.
4- Displays a good understanding of the overall project budget, cost breakdown needed and supports annual and monthly reviews.
5- Facilitates goal setting process for the year's performance indicators by identifying critical milestones.
6- Prepares agenda for monthly meetings (if requested).
7- Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
8- Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.
9- Frequently will be assigned as team leader; having indirect responsibility for team members’ completion of tasks to project plan.
10- Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget.
II- Create and maintain project financial justification
12- Support the use/integration of project and contract management systems into the daily operation of the business.
13- Provide support for the administration of contracts including scope of works & tender/contract preparation, and correspondence.
14- Recognize and understand competing business requirements and make recommendations for the overall good of the projects team.
15- Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
16- Assist the Project Controls Manager with evaluating schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions.
17- Meet all established project deadlines.
