• Screen the market for potential supply channels for “Courier Partners” by working with the legal resources that will be made available for you.
• 
  
• Work with the central team to scale your station’s capacity.
• 
  
• Report Week-on-Week growth and operational metrics to central project team.
• 
  
• Come up with new initiatives to build the supply pipeline for the station you are in.
• 
  
• Lead on Partner Acquisition efforts.
• 
  
• Identify gaps or business requirements that are needed to improve and scale our Crowdsourcing and Outsourcing efforts on the ground.
• 
  
• Establish Top-Funnel supply first trip conversion management.
• 
  
• Provide support for the Crowdsourced and Outsourced courier partners.
• 
  
• Manage and lead on all Crowdsourcing and Outsourcing operations on the ground.
• 
  
• Communicate with city-based resources to grow supply.
• 
  
• The Point of Contact between the team and station’s operations members.
• 
  
• Responsible for implementing the new SOPs the overall performance of the Crowdsourced and Outsourced couriers.
• 
  
• Lead in ensuring that partner’s promised capacity is met by station’s operations members.
•
