Position Summary:
The contract Team Leader’s task is to ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts. This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management.
Major Responsibilities:
• Managing all activities related to Client's Contract for both Enterprise and Household sector.
• Coordinate and obtain prices to be bid and ensure its as per the guidelines of the organization.
• Get the various contract templates cleared by Legal department.
• Ensure the contracts received are as per the final bid.
• Liaise with the Client and sales staff to ensure Contracts are received correctly.
• Detailed Verification of the contract with special attention to contractual terms before passing to the Client.
• Dealing with Client's authorized personnel for contractual matters.
• Monitoring Contract expiry and take necessary action and communicating with all the parties involved.
• Coordinating with internal departments for contract related matters especially with Sales and legal.
• Ensuring the initial payments and guarantees have been made / received as per the Contract.
• Follow up with Client If advance obligations are not met by the Client.
• Study the contract policies of the competitors and advise the Management if any changes are relevant based on the market conditions etc.
• Follow up and ensure all Purchase Orders are revalidated and current.
• Send reminders and notice to the outstanding customers.
• Lead for necessary action for long outstanding dues by submitting reports to Management, and after approval proceed to block the Client or move Legal department to take action.
• Respond to Client promptly on Contractual matters.
• Review of contract terms and take necessary action in case of any violation from both the parties.
• Make sure the section takes immediate action for any client query related to contractual matters.
• Other related jobs assigned by the Reporting Officer.
