•  Set vacation club strategy aligned with the company overall strategy.
• 
  
• Set annual sales targets, revenues and profitability.
• 
  
• Maintain quality of the owner services.
• 
  
• Extended sales and marketing activities through effective business development concept either in
  the local or international markets.
• 
  
• Fully responsible of the Customer Services Management.
• 
  
• Responsible of designing the vacation club blue print to in the current ERP system.
• 
  
• Set development plans
  for vacation club member with regards to HSDVC (Hilton Sharm Dreams Vacation
  Club) program through third parties organizations.
• 
  
• Conduct periodically performance evaluation for the third parties organizations and take necessary actions.
• 
  
• Direct the creation and development of programs manuals/guidelines to ensure service delivery  up to the highest standards of programs implementation.
• 
  
• Prepare periodically market research and act accordingly.
• 
  
• Set a way of system to upgrade and reactive pending/inactive accounts .
• 
  
• Excellent planning and organizational skills .
• 
  
• Ensure that the department is operating with the approved OPEX (Operation expenses) in order to achieve budgeted net profit with the budgeted GOP (Gross Operations Profit).
• 
  
• Conduct periodically
  performance review for all the department staff in accordance to the annual agreed goals.
• 
  
• Create sub-programs  (referral program, reload program and upgrading programs)
• 
  
• Coach, train and develop
  employees to ensure the continuous improvement of employees performance, which will reflect on increasing customer satisfaction, revenue, company image and
  market share.
• 
  
• Lesion with home resort management.
• 
  
• Follow-up with legal advisor with regard all legal aspect related contractual agreement .
• 
  
• Provide technical advice with regards to renovation units/projects with cooperation with projects department.
• 
  
• Follow up with the finance department with regards to collection to ensure that account receivable days are met .
• 
  
• Conduct annual
  operation expenses reconciliation  with management companies and deal with variance if any .
• 
  
• Set all reporting frame content.
