1. Supervises the preparation of reconciliations and coordinates for the resolution of outstanding or unusual entries to have correct accounting record.
2. Supervises the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the Company and sectors as well as for the consolidated financial statements of the company to provide management report for their reference and action if required.
3. Meets the requirements of the external auditors and finalizing the audit of the financial statements to meet the government regulation.
4. Assists the Financial Budgeting and Reporting in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget to support with necessary data and details.
5. Responsible for the processing of payments, reimbursement of staff expenses, personnel payroll, and the accounting of provisions relating to the company to meet the business needs.
6. Monitor of the company’s fixed asset register to safeguard the assets.
7. Responsible for the accounting of write-offs on classified accounts and the monthly balancing of provisions and reserved interest for all the sectors to have healthy balances to meet company objective.
8. Verifies the accuracy of accounting transactions to maintain the work process for record.
