Provide technical orientation to Orange Triple Play customers in compounds.
Present the high level architecture of the Triple Play services and home network requirements to Triple Play customers
Provide accurate information to the Triple Play customers (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Achieve sales targets by successfully cross selling and upselling Orange service in the compounds
Propose needed improvements in exisiting and new shops to better serve our customers
Maintain Orange image and guidelines in the Triple Play branches
Coordinate with other sales, technical and customer care channels to ensure conformity and alignment with the overall sales strategy and optimum handling time for customers’ complaints and requests
Ensure availability of Orange products/services, maintain inventory levels & order new products as required
Build and promote strong, solid customer relationships through proactive and efficient communication with the customers and understanding their needs
Monitor the level and quality of service in the Triple Play compounds, increase the customer satisfaction and create innovative upselling tools for Orange Triple Play services.
Ensure that customer complaints are handled effectively, in a timely manner and in accordance to the company’s guidelines.
