1. Receiving monthly SUP orders from the dealer in scheduled due dates
2. SUP Order fulfillment on OWB system in scheduled due dates
3. Logistics Planning and coordination with IPC & DFY
4. Follow up on SUP orders production allocation (GMK, SGMW & GM Mexico)
5. SUP invoices revision and approval between GME, IPC, DFY & the dealer
6. Monitoring and Renewal when needed of all SBLC and financial coverage for SUP orders
7. Receiving monthly LTR from Mansour in scheduled due date
8. Preparing Egypt Locking forecast, M-Schedule, Shipping and arrival sheet reports and sending each in its due date
9. Bi-monthly update of the SUP orders backlog status
10. SUP Legalized invoices and contracts and all customs related documents to ensure smooth clearance of SUP products from the port
11. Receiving actual arrivals from the dealer and reporting VINs to VSM SAP coordinator for upload
12. Preparation of Order forms for new SUP models
13. Transfer price updates for all SUP products
14. Monthly forecast for the VSM spending and submission to the finance team
15. Receiving monthly structure cost from finance and reviewing the actual month before the FRM Review, communicated required amendments to the finance if needed
