Reporting to: Director of Digital Department
Main role: Account management & client servicing
Main tasks:
- Develop and create relevant, original high-quality content topics to reach the company's target customers
- Moderation & Community Management
- Paid Media Social
- Reporting analytics, analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
- Compile reports for management showing results
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
