-Assists in the management of project additions and verifies the relevance of new project additions and compile standard project documentation in the field of information technology:
-Assists in the management of IT projects interdependencies and proactively identifies and resolves project interdependencies in collaboration with the concerned projects.
-Assists in the management of IT project issues and risks through resolving program- level issues and mitigating risks in a timely and effective manned
-Assists in the management of IT project changes by approving and updating changes to projects scope plan and deliverables.
-Establishes and maintain messages and knowledge communication to the program stakeholders and coordinate communication with the change management team.
-Assists in the management of the transition (rollout and handover process).
-Implementation of department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
-Assists in development and implementation of business plans.
-Ensures superior are well informed at all times.
Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
