As a member of the Raytheon Saudi Arabia (RTN SA) team, the Manager, International Business Development will be focused on growing Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) business in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the head of RTN SA Business Development, the Manager will partner with lead investigators and RII team members to coordinate and collaborate with IIS International business development and program teams to grow IIS business. The incumbent will develop and maintain relationships and provide subject matter expertise to capture and pursuit teams and customers including Government Ministries (e.g., Defense, Interior). The incumbent will also develop relationships with indigenous companies in coordination with RTN SA team and lead investigators to help satisfy customer needs.The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in definition and delivery of services and sustainment solutions and will partner with the RTN SA and IIS teams to identify, validate and mature opportunities for growth and capture in KSA. The incumbent will interface with customers in coordination and collaboration with the RTN SA team to understand their needs, requirements and urgency for specific opportunities.The position will require travel within KSA and United States.
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate and coordinate with RTN SA and IIS teams internally and externally to develop relationships with existing and potential customers to understand operational challenges, needs and budgets and translate them into valid opportunities for IIS business pipeline.
•Partner with lead investigators and capture managers to influence requirements to support discriminating services and sustainment solutions.
•Ensure requisite licenses and or agreements are in place to support services and sustainment solutions.
•Proposes and helps craft business development strategies for KSA.
•Advises management on ways to monitor and improve BD activities.
•Grow pipeline and ID / drive opportunities to closure in collaboration with IIS pursuit and program teams, supporting competitive intelligence, win strategy, and price to win processes.
