About the role:
Seeking an experienced HR Officer with a minimum of 3 years of progressive, successful experience, the purpose of this role is to support HR Operation daily activities for smooth operation.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepare employment contracts for on-board employee and ensuring adherence to statutory laws, market practices and the regional HR governance framework.
• 
  
• Responsible for the employees on-boarding in coordination with the Hiring Manager to ensure that the Company will effectively deliver the company message and standards to the new employees in an understandable manner with high level of quality.
• 
  
• Execute the payroll in close alignment with the HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager, and Finance, ensuring that the employee’s salary will be processed in a lawful, timely and accurate manner.
• 
  
• Ensure that all Performance Management agreements are completed in line with the regional HR governance framework in order to promote a performance driven culture in the Med Net. And that the agreements are signed by the employees and filed in the employees files.
• 
  
• Administer personnel files; leave management, time and attendance system in order to ensure appropriate administration of HR related operations in accord with local labour laws and the regional and local HR governance framework.
• 
  
• Monitor the utilization of the employee’s leaves and update regularly the employee’s leave record in order to ensure that the process and the leave balance calculation is accurate and in full alignment with the Company policy and all applicable laws.
• 
  
• Preparation of HR reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet MedNet policies, standards, and department requirements.
• 
  
• Work on day to day HR matters for smooth workflow.
