• Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Retail. The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for this channel’s development.
• Manage a successful team with clear objectives and full alignment with company’s general targets and missions
• Oversee pricing strategies and discount structures to safeguard overall targets.
• Ensure a high level of forecast accuracy
• Monitor the performance of the key accounts versus pre-set targets and KPIs in addition to defining and overseeing plans to target Key Accounts to ensure exceptional brand loyalty
• Set the expansion plans for the Key Account’s showrooms and OTCs along with their geographical distribution. Manage and deploy a healthy geographical spread of dealers within the country
• Ensure the proper products display and mix among all the retailers within Egypt.
• Coordinating with Marketing manager to develop and execute promotional campaign and selling activities to increase sales turnover
• Monitor and analyse the sales figures (sell out data, stock movement, product mix…)
• Identify marketing / specification events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities and explore / report on events that enhance brand strength within the country.
• Measure and analyse critical success factors for best practice and implement improvement processes.
• Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives
• Qualitatively adapt and execute the distribution policy in the market
• Communicate and interact daily with the team.
• Secure the proper geographical distribution of the OTCs and Showrooms
• Work with all relevant departments to define and deliver the “tools” required both by direct and indirect customers to enhance and differentiate service and support to project sales to deliver increased sales result
• Measure and analyse critical success factors for best practice and implement improvement processes
• Monitoring budgets and guidelines at all times
