1- Review, analyze and understand all relevant documents (drawings, specifications,statements of work).
2- Establish and agree the level and frequency of reporting required by the projects.
3- Establish and communicate (with the projects team) cost and schedule baselinesand ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
4- Review overall projects status with the Projects Control team and ProjectsManagement; also recommend corrective action where necessary.
5- Setting up and maintaining critical path networks and performs critical pathanalysis.
6- Prepare and supervise S-Curve and Resource Charts.
7- Develops and maintains manpower estimates, equipment and material deliveryrequirements.
8- Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issuedin accordance with the Projects Coordination Procedure.
9- Liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to projects operations andensure that the time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.
10- Monitoring progress on site works including productivity and efficiency,Production of detailed programs and schedules of work, Production of weeklyreports and coordinating between different departments.
11- Monitors material status reports against construction schedules and reviews themwith procurement and construction groups.
12- Perform “What if” analysis.
13- Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on time.
