o Develop a Marketing and Sales Plan for the business line, with a view to increasing business and market share through positioning of the Asset Integrity services, focused relationship management, increase of business opportunities, opposition analysis, presentation of value propositions and input for pricing strategies;
o Execute Marketing and Sales Plan;
o To monitor closely and map all regional accounts, opportunities and competition. Maintain this information on the company CRM;
o Build up, maintain and expand relationship network in key market areas:
o Research and build relationships with new clients.
o Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization;
o Initiate cold calls;
o Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network;
o Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals;
o Plan approaches and pitches (solution offerings, etc.);
o Present an image that mirrors that of the client and that is in line with Fugro’s business strategy.
o Present Fugro’s services at public speaking opportunities;
o Work with the Business Line Managers and Tender Team to develop value propositions that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
o Assist Business Line Managers:
o Provide input for strategic/key proposals.
o Review strategic/key proposals.
o Participate in pricing the solutions/services.
o Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
